The service
No. We are an independent service that helps candidates apply for NHS and public-sector roles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the National Health Service.
No, and we'd be cautious of anyone who does. We make your application as strong and specification-aligned as possible, but shortlisting and hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer.
It's a partnership. The tools draft and structure; you edit and approve. The finished application is authentically yours: we help you evidence what's already true.
Your data and documents
The text of your application is processed by our AI providers purely to generate and structure your drafts. Members of our team may review your application as part of the expert-review service. We explain exactly what we collect and how it is processed in our Privacy Policy.
You can request deletion of your account and associated documents at any time. See the Privacy Policy for retention details and how to exercise your rights.
Plans and billing
Standard includes the supporting statement writer, interview preparation, application repositioning and expert review. Premium adds the Expert CV Writer and priority turnaround.
Plans are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe. Your access unlocks immediately after payment and continues for as long as your subscription is active.
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard via the secure Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If something has gone wrong, please contact us; we'll always try to put it right. Our approach to refunds is set out in the Terms of Service.
