Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They set out the rules for using the Service, how subscriptions and billing work, and the limits of what we provide.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NHS Job Application Support (the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We are an independent service that helps candidates apply for NHS and public-sector roles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the National Health Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides AI-assisted tools and expert human review to help you prepare job applications, including supporting statements, CVs and interview preparation. It is an aid to your own application: you remain responsible for the content you submit to any employer.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that takes place under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in GBP through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard via the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.
  • We may change prices; we will give you reasonable notice, and changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Refunds

If something has gone wrong with the Service, contact us and we will try to put it right. Except where required by law (including your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable), fees already paid are generally non-refundable for periods already served. [Confirm your refund and cooling-off policy, including consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.]

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

  • Submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes others’ rights.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your experience or qualifications.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate applications for anyone without their knowledge and consent.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

We help you produce a stronger, better-aligned application. We do not and cannot guarantee any interview, shortlisting, job offer or other outcome. Recruitment decisions are made solely by employers.

8. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service use AI to generate drafts. AI output can contain errors or omissions and may not reflect your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all content before you rely on it or submit it to an employer. The final application is yours.

9. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the Service (including sending application text to our AI processors as described in the Privacy Policy). The Service itself, including our software and materials, remains our property.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from recruitment decisions, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. [Confirm with your adviser.]

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
